Shipping

Processing time: 3–5 business days after payment.
Carrier: USPS (First-Class or Priority, depending on weight).
Domestic (US): $6.50 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.
International: $18.00 flat rate. Customs/duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

Items marked "Ships from printer" are fulfilled by Printful.
Processing: 2–5 business days at the print facility.
Delivery: Typically 5–10 business days total (US). International may take longer.
Shipping cost is calculated per item and shown at checkout.

Apparel, stickers, and merch items link directly to Redbubble's site where fulfillment and shipping are handled entirely by Redbubble.
Shipping times and costs are shown on Redbubble at checkout.

Digital files (3D models, etc.) are delivered via email after payment.
No physical shipment — you'll get a download link within minutes.
If you haven't received your file within 30 minutes, check your spam folder then email me.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
I'll offer a full refund or a replacement — your choice.
Custom / commission pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Printful handles returns for defective or damaged items. Email me and I'll coordinate with them.
Returns for buyer's remorse are generally not accepted for print-on-demand.

No returns or refunds on digital downloads, since the file is delivered instantly.
If you have trouble accessing your files, email me and I'll resend them.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal Checkout.
You can pay with any major credit or debit card, PayPal balance, or Venmo.
We never see or store your card number — PayPal handles all payment data.
Prices are listed in USD. PayPal converts currency automatically for international buyers.

The portfolio site uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. No personal data is collected or shared.
When you make a purchase, PayPal shares your name and shipping address with us so we can fulfill your order. We don't use that information for anything else.
Your email address is used only to send order confirmations, tracking info, and digital file links.
We don't run ads, sell data, or use tracking cookies.
The cart on this site is stored in your browser's localStorage — it never leaves your device until you check out.
